Hi everyone, I am Mimi (30)and am looking at getting back into being healthy and skipping the lazy couch , movie and glass of wine after work. Am happy to get tricks and ideas on how to get back into an active lifestyle. Did boxing classes until July but with a new job adjustment I still haven't found a place where to exercise regularly. But now I made a decision. Today I am joining the gym and I am looking for an easy 3* a week workout.I just need to pair it up with some good healthy food.
