Hello! I am a high school student looking to build some muscle, burn fat, and be more athletic. I love to play volleyball but in order to improve, I need to be stronger and be consistent in eating healthy and excercising (both of which I am not very good at). I tend to find ways for myself to put off excercising or dieting for the future, and then give up on it. Using FreeTrainers, I am trying to start anew and work to achieve my goals. I was hoping to get some motivation from others/stories of how your workouts have changed you (physically or mentally). I need to change my mindstate so I stop putting off things that would help me become better. You can always add me as a friend so we can motivate each other!
