You can't spot reduce. Instead, you will need to reduce overall bodyfat. Your problem may be your diet and not the exercises...

That's exactly my main goal-but there is just too much fat, even if I were to make nice muscles there-they can't be seen. Good luck!

yes diet! that is what makes your body lean, you dont grow in the gym its the times when your resting and nourishing your body with food...

Nourisment only does so much, more reps will totaly transform your triceps, but u dont need less weight u need to feel comfertable and feel the burn.

Diet and cardio will tone them up and make them look all pritty lol maybe add exercises like pushdowns and kickbacks for looks if thats what your aiming for... but remember toning up your body isnt just losing fat..

from what I have read...tone is a made up word, to get women into working out. EVERYONE has a 6-pack, tris etc.....its body fat that covers them up. If you lower you body fat by 2-3% you'd be surprised at how you'll look.
Fact is if you buld muscle under fat, fat will just stick out more, making you look bulking and big.
so yes DIET is whats important.
but i find kick backs, rope pulls downs, one arm rope pull downs are best for "skulpting"
