what is a good workout for weightloss i can do at home wi little to no equipment ii have bad anxiety and gyms are.like a foreign language to me im terrified to go due to my weight so i need to loose what i cqn at home and maybe i can.slowly get to where i feel comfortable going to a gym, any ideas will help.
Not sure if you've had any luck with getting an answer to your question, but I'm a huge fan of youtube workout videos. Specifically, Danielle Habibis (zumba/dance) and Blogilates (little/no equipment needed). Take an hour or two and create a playlist of as many workout videos as you find interesting. Then alternate them so you don't get bored. I love Bloglates and Danielle Habibis because they both have fun personalilities that make the time go by fast. Good luck!!
