I am currently playing volleybal either 1 or 2 times a week (depending on if we have a match or not) and I would like to improve my strenght and stamina on 2 or so days in the week to help me become even better at volleybal. The only downside is that I have no idea which things I would have to do to make it better. I am afraid that if I build the wrong muscles maybe I will hinder my performance.
I am currently starting on the home workouts and I'm hoping that it will work!
If anyone has any tips they would be very welcome :D
