I am good in running n focusing on being better.My legs are in good form as I keep focusing on how to slim n fit but problem is that I have to reduce my tummy n love handles.I don't know how to reduce them.Even I also joined gym but i am doing hands or shoulder exercises even my trainer doesn't want to know about workout which I find here and he kept saying that he will help me out n I don't know how.
So can anyone help me out?
