Hi everybody,
my name is Almir, I'm 37 years old and for the first time in my life I've joined the gym. Honestly I have no idea what I'm doing, I just wont to lose some weight and gain a bit of muscle definition...and yes I ride a mountainbike and want to be as fit as possible for that.
I found this website and created a workout plat that I think is fitting for me.
Now, for some time I have an umbilical hernia and soon I'll go to the operating table to fix it. Just wanted to ask here for some pre and post operation workout tips, what exercises to avoid and when can I start with the training again?
