I dislocated my shoulder a long time ago, I have know problems with most of the excersise. Except, for "Straight Arm Pullovers" If i try now, even with a very light weight my shoulder buckles. So far iv been lucky and had a spotter to catch the weights before my shoulder redislocated. (I wont even try now!!) But here's the problem, I really want to expaned my ribcage. Can you help me with a list of other excercise that will have the same resluts but with a diffrent type of movement?

Hi Zealotes. You might try the muscle targeting section for chest. It might help. good luck

Zealotes, How old are you? Once your out of your teens for get it your not going to expand the rib cage. But you can build the muscles around them.

Building the Lats and side muscles can give you the effect your after.
