upper forearm injury

I injured my upper forearm during my back workout. The injury is located on the outside part of my upper right forearm.
I feel I can still lift but are there any measures I can take to lessen the pain and or damage?

Use lots of ice and take ibuprofen for the pain. As far as the damage, you should rest it before it gets worse.

Ice it! Also make sure to get plenty of calcium and vitamins to lessen an occurance of worsened injury.

If it doesn't get better then see a doc.

After maybe you should try strengthen your foreams before taking heavy again.
