WHEN DOING BARBELL CURLS THIS AM I WAS SQUEEZING THE BICEPS THEN MY NECK STARTED TO HURT IT REALLY HURTS NOW WHATS UP WITH THIS.............

Just try not to contract that much your trapezius...... If it can help you, try pushing your back against a wall or something while doing your arms curls.

And, don't swing the weights up...that also tends to contract the traps. I used to get a sore neck after doing cheat curls...until I stopped swinging the weights up so much.

Aha, I wondered if there was something I was doing that was affecting my neck. I only notice it sometimes..

Exactly...swing them up A LITTLE! Don't necessarily have to go heavy to get the full benefit from cheat curls. The weights coming down needs to be controlled...this means slowly.
