Damn it!! Sorry to hear that.....
Don't stop taking the proteins thou if you want to keep your muscles...... 6 weeks of rest will make you loose strength but not necessairly a lot of mass.

If your bicep is out could you continue to do things that didn't involve them at all.. like working your legs.. abs.. etc.. as well as a good diet

thx all mri today: it the thicked bi to forearm only fix is the knife and 12 week noda then pt for 4 to 6: but yes alot of leg and calf know maybe i'll get my calf haha. keep up all the good work. because i'll be back better then ever.
