Hello everyone my elbow has been bothering me lately for about 2 weeks, I do not believe its tennis elbow tho cause I do nothing to over extend my forearm. I't started bothering me when I curl weights and when I pick up extremely heavy weights or even when I'm spotting someone in bench and help pick the bar up. I'm not sure what is causing it but its not going away any help?
ps. it's a downer when your wanting to feel good but all you feel is pain from it, I just wanna snap it sometimes lol.
