I twisted my ankle really bad....I kept off of it for a few days and iced it very well...but then on the third day i felt like it was getting alot better. I could walk fine and the only pain i had was when i turned my ankle and stuff...I know i shouldn't be walking on it but i think it feels fine...any suggestions?
I had the same problem this week! Slowly begin to put weight on it...but if it's still tender, wait another day or two. I twisted mine last Sunday, but I should be able to play tennis today. I tried it Wednesday, but couldn't change directions. Stay away from weights until completely healed...otherwise, you'll weaken it even more.
