Shoulders are a little tricky. Don't take any chances...see a doc if you can. You may have a slightly torn rotator cuff.

Yes, see a doctor. One of the girls I work with, let your shoulder go without taking care of it and now she has to gets shots weekly and do physical therapy, so please take care of it.

123. GET AN MRI!!! I cannot stress this enough, hence the caps. My shoulder "popped" on a military press last year. I had no strength in it afterwards. I left the militaries alone and worked "around" the injury thinking that I would build up around the injured tissue. What I did after 4 months of this stupidity was tore my rotator cuff nearly in half. The "pop" was a tendon being torn in two by a bone spur on my chromium. All this took 4 hours of orthoscopic surgery and 3 months of rehab to repair. I am not even at 30% of my former strength yet after 5 weeks back in the gym. Get yourself diagnosed.
