Hi ssmehra
What has your doctor recommended to you, he/she should be able to give you that info best as they are familier with your injury and you. Dont forget to fill out your profile so we can get to know you

I agree with Sempai's comments entirely. Ask a doc.

A wrist injury should not prevent you from doing cardio on the stationary bike. Also, you should be able to do stuff like legs presses, extensions, and curls. As far as lifting with that arm, thats up to your doctor.

You'll need to take a lot lighter in the beginning and do lots of wrist/forearms exercises. Later on when taking heavy you might need lifting straps.

Eating glutamine might help you to recover faster.
