I had that on my neck once...it lasted about 3-4 days. The pain was bearable, but left the area very stiff.

Wish I could answer that one. I have been lucky in that regard, the injury thing. A little tendonitis here and there. I try to always use good form on all exercises, and if I feel anything "bad", I stop immediately. I figure to myself it is always better to live to fight another day so to speak. I can only wish you the best of luck.

I had pinched nerves in my lower back a few years ago it took about 3 months to feel 100% better, it was a constant sharp pain and i had a hard time twisting and turning and doing anything physical. i actually brought on the pinched nerves by using too much weight on a back extension machine! i went to a chiropractor and that helped out tremendously. i still have the slightly pinched nerves but they do not hurt unless i work my lower back with too much weight.

I just managed to get one yesterday morning...... I've been doing my back and A LOT of stretching the day before so I think that's why. Yesterday night I had my hubby give me a massage and some "muscle/joint cream" and I must admit that it did wonders. I can still feel a small pain but NOTHING like yesterday (and I could still do my weight training this morning).
