just recently i have noticed that i have been getting stretch marks on the top of my biceps and on my sholders, how am i getting them and how can i stop them in the future, thanks in advance

well speaking from a pregnant woman's(i am not pregnant now, but have had four children) point of view, a lot of cocoa butter oil or lotion is really good at keeping stretch marks away....

CREAM!!!! Lots of. The stretch marks you already got you cannot get rid of BUT you can prevent more from coming!
Cream, drink enough water and eat healthy fat!

Hi all - my first posting!!
Some peoples skin has less elasticity than others and heavy training (and hopefully lean gains) are often too much for the skin to cope with!!
Thats why you get the little scars. Use cream regularly especially before exercising and afterwards. This will hopefully deter many more!
