Should I be working out muscles still sore from a previous workout?

Try to avoid the same exercises and the same muscles, but then yes you can still work out (but only if your muscles are sore..... if you feel tired and unmotivated as well, give yourself a rest).

Working out while you're still sore is a good way to get new/fresh blood to those areas. Since blood carries nutrients, its actually better to use those muscles a little bit than to remain idle. Just don't over-do it.

yep working my legs after getting them too sore to walk comfortably always helps!
