Are you drinking anything before?

Breathe in through you nose and out through your mouth. I don't know why it works, but it does!

Also, are you a beginnner? When did you start running? Are you overweight? Wearing the right shoes?

It sometimes takes several weeks to get used to running-it can be pretty hard impact. Depends?- How far do you run & when did you start?

Someone once told me that the pain is lactic acid (the chemical that burns fat)
If you just started working out then that's probably what it is. It takes a while for it to get regulated and not spiratically hurt like that. Once you have been running for a while though, it "goes away" b/c the acid is constantly moving. While now it "spurts" when you are running.

I have the same problem. I ran for the first time today...I find it to be so difficult, I got that pukey feeling afterwards, and unlike some people, i DON'T like that feeling. I also get the painful side ache, not just running but on most cardio. I ran about 3/4 of a mile with little walk breaks to catch my breath. I'm out of shape though and hope to make improvements. thanks for asking the question

Do some crunches and drink lots of water. That will get rid of the pukey feeling. Its sign of not having enough water in the body.
