I believe I,ve torn my bicep tendon at the elbow (insertion point) I'm waiting for an MRI to confirm this. It happened approx. 3 months ago, but symptoms were vague, finally referred to a specialist who seems fairly confident with this diagnosis. I have only approx. 60% strengh in my left arm, and pain especially when doing hammer curls but also some on most any flexion and/or rotation movements. I have continued dispite the pain, obviously I've had to decrease my weights. Anyone out there with advice would be greatly appreciated. Also any ideas re: treatment if it is a partial tear? ..... THANKS
