Hi all... I was hoping if you would give me some tips for training for women...eg # sets, reps types of exercises I'm currently helping my mom and sis out in the gym but I figured the ladies are more informative with that regrad
You know the program that FT has is pretty good. I signed up for the toning one. So far so good. I've been doing it for about 1.5 to 2 months. Other people said that I seemed to have lost weight. I still have ways to go.
Just your basic everything. For example, bicep curls/tricep pushdowns, legpresses etc. You know start with 1/2 lbs with rep of 12 and decrease the number with each set. But I think they just need a chearleader the most.
