Hi, Im hoping I can get some advice on my stomach muscles..I dont think I have any! First of all im not overweight.. but all my fat is in my stomach. I short waisted which makes it even harder. Please give me advice on what I should be doing. The rest of my body is fine..could use more toning..but I cant get the fat to go from my stomach..I gain it all there..Please help! Any diet & exercise info is appreciated!! thanks
there is no such thing as spot reducing so you have to do as Phila2 mentioned and you will notice a difference in the mid section. I tend to carry any extra in the hips so I know what you mean! It is a matter of reducing your overall body fat. Look at your diet too. Are you eating lots of simple carbs and white bread etc???????
