I am new to this and am trying to lose weight but aving problems with the foods and getting the right amunts please help if you can my proteins needs to be 190, carbs 380, fats 31, and cal 2521. thank you
Hello there. Go to the nutrition part of FT and they will do the work for you. Easy as that. Now you just have to eat healthy and train a little and you'll be fine.
