just wondering how often you should train your glutes. i know that if u overtrain muscles you don't get results but i feel as if i am undertraining(training glutes once a week) and not developing results.

You can work your glutes twice a week without probs. It's a huge muscle group and it's difficult to work them completely tired just one time.

Because it is a trouble spot I would train the Glutes two times a week for best results. I like to hit them at the end of my weight training session.

what is your ratio of weight training to cardio? how is the diet?

i train for about 30 mins weights first and then 30 mins of intense interval training after. i have kept my carbs low at the min can you help
