I'm 5'6 and 124 pounds and am 17 years old. I have played volleyball since I was 12 and am active in several other activities but no matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of the cellulite on my thighs and butt- should an active 17 year old have "saddlebags"? It seems like everything I've done has only made my legs bigger and the dimples more noticable! I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Welcome to ft, Rory! Your answer is diet, cardio and some weight training exercises that target those areas (you can find those here at ft).
Good luck!

It's a big bugger I know, but that's how it is.......
Rory, you are turning into a nice grown up woman with all it's good and bad things comming along....
Of course we can get rid of our cellulite (and Itroisi is a great example) but it takes time and it's noway fun. Lots of training, cardio and the diet. That's the only solution.

What you may want to try is a cellulite cream. Go to GNC and they have a cream that swears it works. It is about $40.00 but says you can see results immediately. It sounds like you are in pretty good shape, you may also want to do some squats, lunges, and deadlifts. Those are good exercises to target the thighs.

Oh be careful with those creams. They will never be able to make you loose fat but only drain the skin and make you look a little leaner WHILE you are using the cream.
It's expensive and it's not long lasting.
