Hi, was wondering any positive stories on the gym I recently joined, Its called ladies express workout, And the workout consists of curcuit training machines and inbetween is a step or board to march on and jog. You go around (set up in a circle), it lasts 30 minutes, but I do 2 times around, lasts about 45 min. to an hour.)3-4x weekly) Is this a good program, looking to lose and tone? THANKS>>> Leigh

Yes for me it sounds like a good beginner program. It learns you have to handle the weights/machines, it incoorporates cardio and it boosts your metabolism....
I love circuit training.
Maybe you should do some cardio on your non work out days to speed up the fat loss.

thanks, I use to walk fast, usually 4 miles, should add that in too, but since I joined the gym I don't have time to do extra, w/ 2 little ones at home....Thanks... Leigh

hey! yes that sounds well, alson if you are looking for a new only womens gym, naturally women is great! so u might look into that
