Hey guys I've been searching the posts but I have some questions that I'm confused about.... A. Butt-i have a nice sized behind but its mostly fat and looking a little dimply (EW)...will working the muscle (glutes) both tone and burn the fat from the area? B. I've been taking an Ephiderine based drug...is this horrible for me? C. what excerises for my chest will increase the appearance but not shrink the cup size?
A. Yes working out your glutes will tone and burn fat- try lunges, leg presses and squats-these are great for the hamstrings and glutes.
B. Ephedra is good to take as long as you are taking it right. Read the labels very carefully and I suggest not to do heavy cardio after you have taken it. It really speeds up the heart.
C. Sorry, but you will more than likely loose cut size if working chest/losing weight. Our breasts are made up of fat. But a really good exercise that I like are dumbell flyes- incline/flat/decline. I feel that this gives you good cleavage and great shape.
About working the glutes..... well you cannot spot reduce so when you start to work out + cardio + diet, you'll loose fat everywhere (and yes you'll loose some chest size as well) but by getting a toned behind, your butt will look so much better!
Last thing, the gluteus maximus (your bum!) is a huuuge muscles so it needs lots of work to be shaped. Don't be afraid of working heavy (no, it wont give you a bigger behind just a prettier one!!)
