Hi! I just joined today. I have a question, when I set up my workout preferrences. I chose the "wide shoulder" program. I thought at the time that this was for developing your shoulders not necessarily gaining mass. Any ladies out there doing this routine? I know that for as females, we don't usually gain mass but I was a little concerned to see my routine entails doing 4 sets. I usually only do 2 right now.

Thanks guys! I guess I'm still trying to get over the word "mass". Only keep pounding it in my head ten million times that women do not gain mass as men do. Can't wait to get some definition in my shoulders though. :)

Loba, keep us posted on you progress.. It helps to let the other girls know that we can lift heavy and not get bulky. Good luck to you.

I have been doing the shoulder mass program and love the results. As someone said, it makes your waist and hips look smaller and eliminates the need for the shoulder pads found in suits.
