Hi I am new and wondering if I could have some advise. My lower body is toned for the most part, except for my flat butt and my upperbody is large mainly my shoulders, arms and back flanks. I want to look like a girl. Any way to increase the size of my butt and decrease the size of my upper body?
You can do some lunges and kickback too. Running hills is great for the behind. Trimming the waistline (if needed) also will bring in the girl proportions.
