I am not to sure if this has been posted before, or not. I have looked through past posts and didn't see it as a topic. I have been back in the gym full force for the past 2 months now. I have been working my butt off lifting however my diet has been a little shaky. I mean I eat healthy for the majority of the time, but sometimes I can have a cheat day and then crash and burn after that. lol I know this isn't good for muscle gain, so I was wondering if before I work out should I take a supplement like cratine to help with muscle gain? I was wondering how does it affect women, does it work or does it not?

Well, creatine isn't going to help with your food cravings. Are you keeping your proteins high? I have read that creatine doesn't work for women and that is does, I don't think it'll kill you if you try it and see how you feel.

Creatine made me recover faster after a work out but it also made me hold water.
No it wont control your appetite.

I try to keep my proteins high. It's hard though. No matter what I eat and try to eat I never reach my calorie intake, nor my carbs and proteins. Philia did you even hold water after you stopped taking it?
