I have been told to maintain a 1500, by my nutritionist and 2000 calorie diet by this site. I have changed my eating habits and have been eating alot of vegetables and fruits along with making sure that I am trying to control my Carbohydrate intakes. I am full all the time trying to maitain eating 4-6 meals a day. These portions are not large but because I have been eating better and not consuming soda I have been able to eat more. should I continue this being full all day routine or eliminate some meals? I am stuck as I want to ensure that I am providing my body with the nutrients needed for workouts.. Any advice would be appreciated.. thanks

What type of program are you doing, what is your goals. The number of meals is fine at 6, perhaps a little smaller portions if you are to full. With no information about you its hard to give an answer.

I am working to lose weight and tone my body. I am out of shape for over a year and recently quit smoking which has added unwanted pounds and fat%. I have recently joined a club and plan on doing cardio every day along with lifting weights to tone. I am trying to mantain a low carb diet that is only allowing 10 servings a day of carbs daily and I need to increase my protein intake. I am trying to come up with food items that are good for me and wont leave me feeling full all the time. Hope this helps

Well normally we say that REAL food is a lot better to eat but if you are having probs feeling full all the time, then maybe you should try changing out one or two meal with a protein or MRP shake.....
I got another suggestion. Why not follow the 1500 calories diet during the whole week and then eat 2000 calories during the weekend?!!!
2000 cal daily seems a little high for me if you try loosing weight..... The very best thing is to try cycling your carbs so your body wont get use to it.
All the very best luck to you!
