for all you students out there, i need advice. i worked out over the summer and was in great shape, but not that school has began i have absolutely no time to workout. i'm really focusing on my grades and taking AP classes in order to get into a good college. i feel like every week that goes by without exercising makes me worse and i can notice a difference in myself. my muscles slowly feel like they are becoming mush and i don't know what to do. please, any suggestions would help.

When I was in high school, I would workout before school started. I dunno if the gym you go to opens early enough for you to do this, but in order to save yourself time in the morning, plan out what you're going to wear, pack your lunch, get your bookbag packed, etc, the night before. Otherwise you could just workout twice a week, that's what I've been doing since school started (I'm in college though). Good luck!

My husband is in college and we go to the gym right after school, then if he needs to go back and study, he will shower at the gym and go back for a few more hours.

Get out your dayplanner and schedule your workout. Then stick to it.
I'm a student. On top of my courses, TA responsibilities, research, and 20+ hour work week, I still manage to fit in quality time at the gym. It isn't easy but it can be done.
