I know most of you women are trying to get rid of your thighs and butt.. Me on the other hand- I am trying to get some. I weigh 85 lbs and am 5 ft. on the dot. I am very petite. I have barely any shape to my body. I would really like to build up my lower body ( almost to the extent of having a "pear shape". I would like to have nice thick thighs and a big, round booty!! Please help me with this. How many reps should I do and what kinds of exercises should I perform to achieve this? How often should I lift? I am not afraid of lifting heavy, heavy weights. My goal is to gain 15 lbs. preferably all 15 lbs. in my legs and butt. ( I know, sounds crazy, but it's what i want- and i know i can do this thru lifting- I want some thunder thighs!! and a J Lo booty!) Any advice??

I will defer to the women here for the actual reps, but to bulid great thighs and booty try lunges and squats with heavy weights and reps to the 6-10 ranges

Yep that will do it. You may want to keep your reps between 6-14. Start off with 14 then 10, 8, 6.

I'm 120 lbs and 5 ft and am trying to get down to 100... and get rid of the pear shape. so you're a little left of the line and I'm a little right of it!! Just wanted to say good luck and keep us posted. Have fun with the work outs.
