what exercises are good to do to shape your butt? I would like my butt to be more full and round and i want to develop butt cheeks. I do not want to lose any inches off what i have but I want to develop what i have got....any suggestions of what i can do? |

There are sooo many exercises.. squats, lunges, leg presses.. kick backs.. lying on stomach leg raises. Just be sure to follow the correct diet.-------------- .o0 Arnold 0o...o0 theaustrianoak@hotmail.com 0o. |

squats are working for me, but it takes time:) also go deep on the leg presses |

You mean it takes time to do squat or to get great legs?!!Comparing to men, women are actually STRONGER in our legs (taking our size in consideration). BUT the reason why it takes so darn long to get those beautiful shaped legs is because of all the hormonal fat we got down there as well...... ): (it's ten times easier for us to get a six pack!!) I've been doing this program for 1 month. To get those killer legs and butt...do sissy squats and straight leg dead lifts... WOW!!!!! I think my quads/thighs had all the cellulite melted after four reps of each.. Of course I couldn't walk for a day... ha ha haGood luck!! |

Squats, wide-stance squats, straight-legged deadlifts, and lunges are my favorites for working on the whole upper leg/butt - to be honest I really hate doing those lunges but they sure do the trick. I have a ways to go, still have a big butt but now it's a big, round, more or less firm butt, which at least is an improvement. LOLWho said it - if you're gonna have a big butt, have a GREAT big butt! Good luck to you. |

You can't go wrong with squats, lunges and straight leg dead lifts! It takes time and pain to get results but it's worth it. I also think it's important to switch up on some exercises from time to time. For instance, I will replace squats with leg presses every 2 or 3 leg days. Don't forget having the correct form is more important than using a lot of weight. |

As a former dancer, I still use ballet to tone and lift my lower body. It's easier on your joints than machines, and you can do it wherever you want. Invest in a few private lessons to learn basics like plies and releves. Bonus--you will develop better poise and posture as well. Good luck. |

'Close Stance Stiff Legged Romanian Deadlifts' do 3-4 real sets of 4-8 reps(where it's ur max..).....this will give you an amazing butt, hamstrings, lower back(curve in lower back).....trust me....after doing it for 3 years....I get compliments even from the guys...i dunno if that's a good thing roflmao
Squats are wheere you sit down with your thighs parallel to the floor.....picture yourself sitting on the toilet...that's a squat....with barbell on your traps.....with chest out, and arch in ur curve, ( shape...where upper point is your chest/shoulders, and lower is your lower back/butt....look for a good discription of it on freetrainers.com...they already ahve good discriptions of it on here | |

I want a bigger butt, rounder butt. Does anyone know any exercises I can do at home to achieve a visibly bigger and rounder butt? I would like some exercises that work! Thank you!
