Well do you have any weight to loose? If so then get rid of some fat and your breasts will get a little smaller. Also do weight training and putting on some cream can help the tightness of the skin. -------------- - Nina :o) Les Victoires éternelles sont celles du coeur. |

I got rid of the fat and my breast went from a 40 c to a 34 a, wow that was the only bad part of the weight loss. I have been taking breast enhancement pills for a month now and just the other day my husband commented on the fact that they really were getting firmer. Don't want the C cup back I just want them to stand up a little more. It is working for me. |

The problem is - I really don't have any weight to lose. I'm 6ft and weigh 140lbs. My whole goal is just to firm up and get in shape again. Loosing weight is not an option - I'm a stick as it is. I don't want to have surgery and I don't want to take pills either. I'd rather do this the natural way and am looking for specific exercises that may help. Any ideas are appreciated!-------------- Christina ***Really, What if the Hokey Pokey is what it's all about??*** |

Wow you're not heavy!! (I'm a muscular 5'11 and weight 147)You need to put on some muscles on that body. Follow one of FT's great work out routines, don't do toooo much cardio, sleep and EAT!!!!! -------------- - Nina :o) Les Victoires éternelles sont celles du coeur. |

Thanks for advice Nina....I've been following the work out plan (when I can - working 12 hr days is kind of putting a damper on things right now)...you mentioned in an earlier reply about creams. What type of creams? How well do they work and where I can find them? Thanks!-------------- Christina ***Really, What if the Hokey Pokey is what it's all about??*** |

You don't have all those firming (and magical) butt and chest creams in the States?!!!! (or is it just here in France?!!! lol) Your skin will look softer and smoother from the extra massage and hydration. -------------- - Nina :o) Les Victoires éternelles sont celles du coeur. |

LOL - I'm sure we do have those magical butt & boobs creams here, as well as in Frace! :) I wa just wondering which where the best (I mean you can't always rely on what the company claims--it's best to here results first hand from friends who have tried them and been succesful (or not successful) with them. That way I'm not all over town burning money I don't really have to buy stuff that may not work. You know? Any suggestions (with prices) would be very helpful!-------------- Christina ***Really, What if the Hokey Pokey is what it's all about??*** |

Unfortuantely, breast tissue is expendable fatty tissue. There is no muscle in breast tissue. Now you can build the pecs underneath the breast, and this may help. But beware the breast enhancement pills. Alot of them promote fatty tissue, which cannot happen in just one area unfortuantely. You will most likely be adding fatty tissue all over. Like trying to spot reduce, can't happen. |

That's why I don't want to take breast enhancement pills // I want to do this natural way - just like you said "build the muscle around them"....my plain and simple question is, what type of exercises do that? Specifcally. I'm not opposed to try creams to help firm the skin covering the fatty tissue, but I'm more concerned with getting them bacltp tje wau tjeu were/ U kmpw Help me out with specifis and I'm happy woman! Thanks bb1fit - now tell the rest of the story-------------- Christina ***Really, What if the Hokey Pokey is what it's all about??*** |

Bench presses and incline presses along with pec deck will do you good. It will build the muscles(pecs) under the breast tissue. Make it strong and firm, but unfortunately will do nothing for the "fatty tissue". I have trained women, and this is something that cannot be changed other than usually surgery. You can probably find some snake oil salesman out there to sell you some cream or magic potion, but beware. And don't hold your breath.Good luck. If you drop weight, a good amount of it will come from your breasts, because it is fatty tissue. |

Doing excercise will tighten your skin. That being said, I'd try to tighten the skin around the problem area and hence make everything apear perkier.I'd do incline bench press, pec deck flies to tighen the skin around the upper part of your chest. I'd also do some shoulder work. This will help pull your shoulder blades back and make everything in the front pull up and seem perkier too. Do shoulder presses and bent over dumbell raises. Anything to make your poster better will help. I find that alot of people have a bad poster when standing and this makes them appear like things are sagging bad. stomach crunches will help too since it will let you stand up straighter and with a better poster. Most people with a bad stomach strengh will hunch over and everything will look like it sags. Also make sure to drink lots of water. This will help your skin regain some of its tightness. Also a good skin cream right after every shower will help your skin keep it's elasticity. |

Thanks bb1fit and Dang - I really appreciate your suggestions. bb1fit - losing weigt is not going to help me. At 6ft - I weigh approximately 145lbs.....so that won't do it. But the rest of your suggestions (both of you) are very imformative and I thank you for taking the time to respond!-------------- Christina ***Really, What if the Hokey Pokey is what it's all about??*** |
