follow the saying "no pain, no gain" Obivously taking a light jog everyday for 5 minutes n then dogging out wont do the trick. Surely this can maintain your edurance but well never increase it. All I can say is you gotta push yourself. Not to a point where it will kill you but enough to challenge yourself greatly. Feel that homostatis burn (lol) I reccomend doing an intense working. Start out with less time, and then making the time longer each work-out keeping the same intensity maybe 80-95% of ur max level. THis will give your heart a big boost and it will challenge urself as you continue with your goal.
So just do any type of form of cardio as long as it is high intesity and gradually increase the time....hoped this helped...goodluck:)
