i have not lost any weight since about 12 weeks after having my baby--he is now over a year--this is so frustrating--everyone said baby weight would be hard to lose (and, darn it, if i didn't gain way too much in the first place!!!). it seriously seems as if my body shut down and is refusing to budge--i've continued to eat healthy (okay--i splurge every once and a while, but not bad)and i exercise 3-4 days a week (cardio and use cybex). i don't starve myself, but i don't overeat either--about 5 years ago i gained the freshman 15 and did weight watcher and exercise to get to a healthy weight--and stayed there until my pregnancy--i tried to go back to my old ways and it didn't even give me a motivating 5 pound loss to keep it up. any suggestions--i need them!
Hello there and congratulations with your beautiful baby.
Why not sign of for one of FT's great exercise routines (ev. one you can do at home), get rid of all baaad food in your house, eat several times daily and go for some loooong walks with your little sweatheart.
