HI! i've been seriously weight training for about a few months now to come bigger but some parts aren't. my calves aren't coming bigger no matter what i try. but for now, i'm doing standing calf raises and 45 degree calf raises and the thing for your front calf till failure 3-4 times. and for my forearms, they don't look proportioned to my biceps which have gotten bigger with fat and muscle(because i'm not cutting yet). are there any exercises i can do to get those bigger? and lastly since i'm bulking right now, what's good for my abs? i heard it's not good for "big" ab muscles that's why i'm wondering if i should be doing abs till failure, w/ or w/o weights. any advice for any of these are appreciated. thanx!

If you use weights when doing your ab work, it'll just make any fat on your tummy stand out. There are forearm exercises listed under ft Exercise Resources/Muscle Targeting. You could also try doing a search for thors hammer.

I did use weight when doing my abs in the beginning (to make them stand out)..... BUT Lumina is right about the fat. I guess the reason why your calves and forearms look so much smaller is due to the fat as well. Honestly i wouldn't worry too much about it (just think how good looking you'll be when you'll be cutting!!!! ;o)

All the very best luck to you!
