Someone please tell me if this is true or what! I am tempted to buy this guys book that will help me to possibly gain all this weight. Can I get some input from you guys on what you all think before I invest in this???? |

Okay, this guy says 32 lbs. of muscle in 12 weeks and reduced his body fat from 12% to 7%. One testimony says 27 lbs. in 12 weeks, another says 39 lbs. in 13 weeks, 52 lbs. in 10 weeks. Tell me if this sounds possible to you, i am very convinced so far, and am almost sold on this. He provides a diet, a exercise plan, everything!. What do you think? |

First, females don't gain that kind of muscle, and if it were at all possible to see those kind of gains in 12 weeks, must have some really good secret. Keep your $$$ and don't let yourself be fooled. BB1fit and Philia are pro's at this, take their advice. -------------- The trouble with jogging is that, by the time you realize you are not in shape for it, it is too far to walk back! Franklin P. This guy says it is for everybody. I will listen to you guys, though. I know females gain weight differently from men, but on average how much muscle can a female gain within a year at max. I know all women are different, but I would really like to gain at least 20 lbs. I am very dedicated and hardworking. what do you guys think? Can I do it? |

Same standard questions regardless of fat loss or muscle gain. What is your weight? Do you know your BF%? How many calories a day are you consuming?\ What is your P/C/F ratios? Are you eating 5-6 small meals a day? What is your training split like? Forget about those light weights, you will not get anywhere!! You must be able to account for how much water you are drinking. Fill a gallon jug and lug it around with you all day long. Cardio 3-4 days a week but for how long. What intensity? What type? How much sleep are you getting a night? Stress levels? Are you taking any supplements? All of these; nutrition, weights, cardio, hydration and sleep are the keys for successful fat loss and/or muscle gain. I am not for sure I know that I have gained about 7 lbs in 7 months but that is with fat loss. Read what I said above. :) :) Melissa -------------- Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - -- Aristotle |

I weigh around 88 lbs. I am 5 ft. exactly. I just did the bodyfat test that freetrainers provides and it says mine is 24%- which seems a bit high. i am not sure, but i probably consume around 2,000 calories a day. i don't know what a p/c/f ratio is. no i don't eat around 5-6 small meals a day.( i need to start). I normally eat three meals with some snacking in the middle. Mondays- Lower body- legs, butt, calves, 15 mins of cardio- not intense Tuesdays- Upper body- bis/tris/shoulders/abs/back, 15 mins of cardio, not intense Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun- nothing. I normally just work out my muscle groups once a week. I left decently heavy weights so I can perfrom at least 10 reps. I normally always drink at least 64 oz. of water daily. I get anywhere from 8-10 hrs. of sleep at night normally. Stress hasn't been that bad, but finals at school, trouble with boyfriend every once in a while REALLY stresses me out! I eat protein bars that contain 30 grams of protein. I would like to gain as much muscle as possible with as little fat as possible. Help me out please! |

If you want to gain as much muscle as possible with almost no fat that you NEED to know about your protein/carbs/fat (p/c/f) intake!!!Use the nutrition calculator in here or go to fitday.com. You have to determinate your nutrition needs to be able to reach your goals. -------------- - Nina :o) Les Victoires éternelles sont celles du coeur. |
