hi, i wanna know how to get ur butt lookin more shaped up , and firm as in actually having an nice A$$. in ohter words how to get a nice firm butt that looks good, any excersises!!!!!!!!!!! thnks , please reply

Try straight-leg dead lifts. With heavy weights. Make sure to keep your back straight and your head up. They really do literally kick a$$.

Started doing lunges today, In a few weeks I will let you know if they work. That has to be my least favorite exercise.

Lunges are great and very effective. I'll describe a front stationary lunge. Start with feet hip width apart. Step forward with right leg now bend down but don't lean forward too much or you will put pressure on your knees. Think of going down more like a piston now raise back up. Bring forward leg back into start postion and repeat. 3 sets of 15 is good then switch legs. Hope this made sense. R.

please help i need to get my butt and abbs fit fast i have a i was just picked to be in a fashion show in denver and depending on how i do and look i might get more jobs i have 3 weeks to do so please help!!

Squats Squats and more Squats....I've been working on my A$$ for the last year and there is a unbelievable difference. Try it and keep it up...you can do it

Don't forget the squats, do them with legs together, do them with legs at shoulder width apart, and do them one leg at a time, do them small and quick, do them a bit deeper and slower, just do them!! :big_smile: Remember never to let knees go over toes! The other good one is to get to all fours and lift your leg up to the side until parallel with the floor and then down. You can then raise your leg up from behind, foot flat and toward ceiling, up and down slowly and then reps with going faster -- ouch, you will know these are working, don't forget your stretch!

I'm either doing long sets 5x40reps of lunges moderate weight, or more heavy: squats 10x10
It's HARD but it gives beeeeaaauutiful legs! :)
AND don't forget the stretching...........
