Diet and clean food, lots of water, cream, massage, ab work out, cardio and PATIENCE!!!!

That fat you mention there is not only hard to get off a woman, but a man too! Proper diet and exercise is the ticket. You cannot spot reduce. Keep your diet in order, keep exercising, and it will be gone.

GreenLee, clean food is what is good and nutritious. Good protien/good carbs/good fats.

philia is right...alot of people try to fidn 'a easier way out' but basically when it all comes down to it, good diet and regular excerise is the key. When you look at other countries of the world, depending on their dining and diet style you can just tell what type of bodys the people have. FOr an example the french, they have many small meals a day i think which probably means they have high matabolism...
people including myself get frusturated because we don't see results when we do it, "the regular way" but the thing is, we DO see results. But it may take a litter longer, but will surely be MUCH more effective. Patience IS the key, and persistance as well;)

Thanks everyone! My diet I have to get under control. I just was wondering if I do alot of sit ups and crunches will it go away, and of course lots of cardio too. I don't want that fat to become muscle. Thanks :)

All that is missing is some resistance training and you will chase your belly away. Btw men have those bellies too!

Jenn4...do not worry about that, fat cannot turn to muscle, or vice versa. It is impossible.
