Have you always been in good shape? How long do you work out? How many days a week? I have lost 45 lbs but still have around 70 lbs to go, I am 5'2 /is 120 pounds a good weight for me??? I want definition......... ~Deb~

What an attention getter this one(thread)is.! I guess we all want it. Lots of hard work and good diet will get you there. Silvercb67..keep up your good work and congrats on your new lifestyle.

LOL what an early morning surprise!!!! (o;
Okey why I am like I am?
1) first of all I'm completely nuts lol I'm always jumping around like a rabbit so I guess that helps me staying in shape! 2) I looooooove moving and I have ALWAYS been very active playing a lot of different sports (and I just need to have a challenge to go for). AND I love the sensation of muscle burning.........(my dear little dumbbells...)!!! 3) Oh this one is more difficult....... I love sweets too BUT I got good self discipline and I give daily my body all the needed protein, fat, vitamins etc (I have a check up + blood test taken by the doc every 6 months) 4) I love spoiling myself with massage, cream, oils etc and finally 5) you need to love yourself to love others!!!
Hmmmmmm that's it I guess.
If I can give an advice to you all is always to KNOW your goals so you'll know WHY and HOW to get there..... It's important. And girls, don't ever be afraid of lifting heavy, stopping all the endless hours of cardio and eating a lot more protein. That's how you'll be able to shape your body!

Oh by the way how long and how often I work out?
Hmmm around two hours daily and every single day........ (hard core weight training only 4 times a week though. The rest is cardio, giving classes (I'm a fitness/aerobic teacher) stretching etc).
