Hi! I'm looking for some good toning exercises for my stomach. I'v lost 55lbs and i'm still losing weight. I do a cardo/areobic workout 4 times a week to tone, but my problem area, and where i carry the majority of my weight is waist and stomach. I'm looking for moves that will help get rid of flab and help define my waist so i don't always look like a log(thick and no shape)
