Help! Ever since I started training seriously I have been finding it hard to fall asleep. Of course I am a firefighter and I don't sleep well anyway, but before I had no problems falling asleep. Lately off duty I have been finding myself staying up until around 2-3 and getting up at 6. What is wrong with me, and how do I fix it?

training can induce endorphins, which are a "feel good" type hormone. If you are training late or fairly soon before sleep, this may be the case. You will probably level off, and things will get back to normal. Especially if you are fairly new to this. I am a classic insomniac, and I find ZMA has really helped me sleep and can increase testosterone and IGF-1.
