My office is on the 20th floor - Will taking the stairs help my legs/butt get bigger or will they get smaller. I was told not to do cardio if I want to gain.

It may not make them bigger, but it will definitely tone them some. Walking the stairs is great for the the thighs, butt, and legs.

I really don't have a lot of fat (16%). I am the one who posted "what am I doing wrong?" and I'm trying to get curves/gain a little weight. I just wanted to know if climbing the stairs would help or would it cause me to lose weight?

you might need to add extra protein and maybe only do it once a week so you don't lsoe weight, or maybe replace that with a cardio day so you are not doing as much cardio. it will definitely look nice after the muscles start showing. good luck!
