I have lost approximately 15 to 20 lbs. My neck has began to show sign of loose skin. Is there an exercise that can be performed to inscrease the neck which I believe will tighten the neck up.
There are many exercises for developing the neck muscles that come mostly from football training, and many using a head strap or machine. They can be very beneficial and effective, just make sure you do them with the appropriate instruction - you don't need to pinch any c-spine nerves!
