Hi bicepticus,
I assume you have huge biceps! :)
18 years of age is a great age to start taking supplements. First of all, you will need a protein replacement for after your workouts. You should also take creatine as well as glutamine. These safe supplements will allow you to make some new gains that you desire. I would also recommend that you look into pro-hormones, nor-andro to be specific. It is safe, legal and works!

you need to eat 5 to 6 meals....working out hard does put in some extra pounds but you still have to eat well and supplement with meal repalcements if you can( there just an alternative to well organized meal)

Since your working out I will assume you have access to equiptment, and guess what, you qualify for the 12 week mass special - Sign up for that and try it.
Now on to other things, what is your diet like, do you eat well, steer away from a lot of junk food? If so, then you are doing quite well there as well. A good supplement that has been the staple for many a bodybuilders is protien. Whey is better than the soy, and the cost will reflect that. Also there is creatine check out this site http://onhealth.webmd.com/conditions/resource/pharmacy/multum/item,68711.asp for more details on that. These few hints should help a lot. If you require more data, or further assistance in figuring it all out, please feel free to e-mail me at Dvdgstwrt@aol.com As Always, Cheers

Meal replacement, protein powder and a good solid diet of close to 4000 calories, lift heavy(but smart) and get about 8-20 hours of sleep every day.
