are you using the same weight everytime? Try this, start out on a low weight, say 8 pounds, do 15 of those, then go up to 10, do 15 of those, then upgrade to something higher, 15 of those, upgrade, 15, upgrade, 15. Do this for a while and upgrade your weight all the time.

first of all...results that you can be happy with take time....Ronnie Coleman was telling Flex mag months ago how it took him 10 years to add definition to his biceps...so be patient 2 months is not long enough for your biceps to grow to the degree you want them 2. But all the same, try doing 2 or 3 exercises for your biceps whenever you work it out. Preacher curls are great, also try dumbell curls, concentration curls, barbell curls, cable curls...there's a lot. Stick to free weights the most if your just starting out...and do some push-ups and pull-ups...home training can help alot build to build that solid foundation.
GOOD LUCK !

You want your arms to grow slaughter them! People are afraid of overtraing there arms and in essence under train them. Do 4-5 sets 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and kill em. Only work them once a week with Tri's and supperset at least one exersice each work out(i.e. seated dumbell curls with seated french tricep extensions).

Standing barball curls, alternating dumbell curls, consitration curl, and preature curls all in one workout using max reps for 12RM, 8RM, 6RM, 5RM, and 4RM. Have a spotter force them wiht two fingers only and after one month you should see and feel growth.

hi, your problem is something that is faced by a lot of body builders......the reason can be many, such as lack of rest between exercises, less sleep, wrong eating with less of proteins or carbs, or maybe a wrong workout programme.....I suggest that you get your problem fixed by a certified trainer who can advise you face to face.....and not on the monitor..... best of luck...tata------uttiya

Well i would Recommend That: If you are working out for Size then Stick to those Free Weights and after you have the necessary size then you can go for machines as they are used basically for giving shape and sculpting the muscle. So Stick to Free Weights and go Heavy that is pick up that weight which you can only lift for around 8-10 reps. Happy Working Out ByE
