In the summer football, winter snowboarding, football, bar hopping, Mc Donalds, In the fall Football, tv dinners, spring breaking in the recliner, you know! Seriously, weightlifting is the only sport I dont get sick of there is always something to focus on, and the rewards are great!

Mountain Biking, hiking, lifting, fishing, skiing, snowboarding (just learned- what a blast but man it hurt after awhile falling all the time), and grilling (you sweat alot, and the fire can be intense, but the rewards are worth it!!!!!).

Tennis, basketball, football, golf. Basketball is my first love though. Nothing like crossing someone over and then dunking over them. LOL

Played Rugby and hockey in college, did some Biathalon while in the Army in Alaska.

Recently I've been playing some racketball at the gym when I get bored of the lifting routine and need a change of pace.

I find the hand-eye coordination stuff really fine tunes my general dexterity, and it seems to help with my flexibility too. I'm not very patient, and don't spend as much time stretching as I should.

I'm of the opinion that some type of sport is necessary in order to have balance. (if your into the balance thing that is)
