Hi,
I am 18 and I 've been training for 2 years and I was wondering which supplements you all take and how much and when? I only take proteïnsupplements, volumass 2000 from Scitec Nutrition and I only take it on trainingdays, but I would like to sharpen up my diet to reach better results. So I would like some help and info on how to eat to get mass or to lose fat. Thnx Siggie

I am taking creatine monohydrate and whey protien. The creatine allows the muscles to ripp more than usual and also allows the muscle cells to take in more water and protien. With the creatine allowing more protien into the muscles, taking a protien supplement would be very efficient.

Well i am 17 and am on the 12 week mass program. I currently take "Cell Builder" from Pro Performance, it is 10g of creatine,2g of taurine and 250mg of aminos. Multi-vitamin. Z-Mass. Xenadrine. L-Glutamine. Amino Acids. Protein. It seems like a lot so some people and not to others but all i care is that it works great! Im going to lose the xenadrine though, there is really no need for thermogenics when trying to add muscle mass. I feel great though!
